Regional traffic routing

In this milestone we connect our LoRes Nodes and their apps to real internet domains, and perform round-robin routing to nodes known to be up, thus allowing the distributed set of nodes in a Region to effectively provide resilient internet services.

Local & Remote SSL Certificates

Co-op cloud can be configured to use both self-signed SSL certs for local domains, and real letsencrypt certificates for HTTPS on internet domains

Nodes can be domain managers

A LoRes Node may be a manager node for a given domain name, providing the ability to use it to the rest of the region.

Nodes can request a domain name

Each LoRes Node can request a domain name from any domains being made available from nodes in the region which are domain managers.

Regional app domains

Some domains can be used to direct traffic to any node which has registered that app, and is known to be live
