We’ve made a breaking change to the API that apps use to talk to lores-node, in order to better support each LoRes Node being part of multiple Regions. This change is a bit philosophical, so lets talk first about what a Region is, and why it supports good stewardship of the commons.

The LoRes Mesh project is changing to a software license that limits some uses, with the aim of better aligning our work with movements towards more liberatory futures.
Your web apps, talking peer-to-peer

We’ve just release an example chat app that demonstrates our new API for any web app to use the P2Panda node installed on our LoRes servers to talk to other instances of the app on other servers.
